- Review everything once, then submit before 5:00 PM today.
- Save or print the submitted application and e-receipt for your records.
Do not leave it for the last hour. Government portals slow down under last-day load, and the 5 PM cutoff is sharp — late submissions are not accepted.
Selection Process
